What to know before you request coverage

Pre-inspection & Health Audit

Every registered device goes through a mandatory 20-point digital and physical health check by QFIX engineers before coverage takes effect.

Hardware Component Coverage

100% parts and labour coverage for motherboards, graphics chips, display panels, power circuits, and internal control boards.

Turnaround & Standby Fleet

Standard repair SLA is 48 to 72 business hours. For corporate fleets exceeding 25 units, standby loaner laptops are provisioned during repairs.

Genuine OEM-Grade Parts

All replacement modules are sourced from OEM-certified supply chains with dedicated 90-day parts warranty guarantee.

Exclusions

Damage resulting from physical drops, deliberate liquid spills, uncertified third-party tampering, or power grid surges exceeding surge protector limits is excluded.
