What to know before you request coverage

Pre-inspection & Device Check

IMEI verification and diagnostic scan to confirm display, charging port, motherboard, and battery health before policy activation.

Internal Hardware Shield

Covers logic boards, camera modules, sensors, charging sub-boards, and earpiece/speaker assemblies against breakdown.

OEM Grade Replacements

Components used meet original manufacturer specifications with sealed anti-static installation.

Exclusions

Screen cracks caused by accidental impacts, liquid immersion, or third-party jailbreaking are not covered under standard hardware warranty.
